What if I cancel my order?

I accept cancelations within 24 hrs of the purchase of the product. I do not accept cancelations of digital products.
How do I receive a personal reading?

To receive a personal reading please sign up on our personal readings list here and we will contact on a first come first serve basis. Thank you.
Why are your personal readings limited or sold out?

There are limited quantities for each reading as I can only do readings part-time because I work full-time. I limit the quantities because I want to make sure I deliver the readings in a reasonable time frame. Once I'm caught up, I will open the personal readings again.
How do I get my digital download?

The link to your download will be in the PDF file that comes with your purchase and included with your receipt in your email. PLEASE NOTE: Best to download your PDF file from a computer or a tablet. The site does not allow you to download digital products on a mobile phone.
Can I get a refund on my digital download?

Due to the nature of digital products and that you receive them immediately after purchase, I do not accept returns on digital products.
